Welcome to the Daigneault Team blog. Here you will find the nightly homework assignments, along with important dates and test/quiz/project information! This blog is not in place of student agendas. Students should be writing their assignments down at the beginning of each class period. However please use this blog to verify/clarify assignments.

Extra Help Days: Teachers will be after on the following days for extra help. If a student cannot make that extra help session and would like to meet with the teacher, they should make arrangements with that teacher in advance.

English: Complete both sides of the Contrast Context Clues. Due tomorrow, Tuesday, 2/1.

Science: A) Please get your spelling quiz signed due tomorrow. B.) If you didn't finish the yellow packet on mixtures and solutions in class today then it is due tomorrow in class. C.) Sci-news #3 is due Monday, 2/7. D.) Mixtures and Solutions quiz is on Tuesday, 2/8. If we have a snow day this week then the quiz will be on Wednesday, 2/9.

Math: Additional Practice for Investigation I packet.

Social Studies: Please complete the following note-cards for an upcoming study-guide: Anubis, Isis, Osiris, Thoth, Re, Hapi, and the Weighing of the Heart Ceremony. Use your Lesson 2 notes, Gods and Goddesses sheet, and Weighing of the heart sheet to create these note-cards.

Math: Complete Problem 1.2 and p. 26 #1, 2.

Adv. Math: Complete Prob. 2.4 and pp. 30-35 #15, 16, 22, 26-29.

Science: Please have all returned work signed by Monday: Fool's Gold Lab Report, States of Matter and Phase Changes Test, and Metric Conversion Quiz. Also, you should be working on your Sci-News assignment due 2/7. I suggest that you find your article over the weekend.

English: Due Monday: Wednesday nights homework and finish reading the story started in class and answer questions 1, 2, 3, and 5 on pg. 378 in complete sentences.

English: Esperanza Rising Take Home test is due on Tuesday, 1/18 Study the associate vocab for a test later next week.

Math: Complete Prob. 4.2. Read, highlight, draw sketches, go back and reread to make sure you have answered all parts.

Adv. Math: Erase all stray marks in Bits II. Clean out and recycle homework and journal sections of notebook. DO NOT THROW OUT DATA COLLECTION AND GRAPH FOR NAME LENGTH. Replenish supplies: filler paper, pencils, highlighters, pens.
